Good morning North Stars! Today is an A day. Stay tuned for a recess plan. 

Thank  you to everyone who has returned library books. Keep looking at home over the weekend and get those books turned in. If you are not sure if you have any books checked out, you can check with your ELA teacher. Fees for missing books will be assessed in early June. 

Just a reminder that the 8th grade Chromebook/charger collection will take place on Monday, June 8th in your science class. Please make sure you have your charger located and bring that on Monday as well to avoid being fined for a lost charger.

Mountain Bike Club - Do you like riding your bike? Think you might enjoy riding your bike on trails? Maybe try bikepacking? What about competing against others in races? Come find out what the Menomonee Falls High School and North Middle School Mountain Bike Club is about. Sixth through twelfth grade students attending North Middle School or Menomonee Falls High School for the 2026/2027 academic year are eligible. We’re having two information sessions on Monday June 22 and Thursday June 25 from 6:00pm - 7:00pm in the High School Media Room/Library. Choose one and bring your parent(s) and friend(s). 

We will also be holding a “Give It A Go” session on Tuesday, July 7, 6:00 pm - 7:30pm at Rotary Park. Bring you bike and your helmet; meet some of the coaches and club members; learn a few basic skills; and have some fun!

News from School: 

8th Grade Class News - The Completion Ceremony will be on Wednesday, June 10th from 9am - 10am in Village Park, with the procession of students starting at 8:45am. In the case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors to the gym and each student will be given four (4) tickets. For more information, please see the Parent Letter that was emailed on May 7th. Please complete the Completion Ceremony Agreement by May 22nd.

Shop at Shady Lane Greenhouse from now until June 30th and when you mention the North Middle School PTSO at checkout we will receive 25% of your sales! Rocket Aquatics - Our Seasonal Swim Clinics are for kids looking to swim with a group in a non-competitive environment. It is the perfect place to start learning technique geared towards competitive swimming, getting an aerobic workout, having fun and potentially transitioning to the competitive side of swimming or getting ready for High School Swimming.   

Falls Soccer Camp - July 27th - July 30th Open to anyone entering 6th - 12th grade. Please see the flyer for more information and to register. 

Wisconsin Sports Performance - is a new gym to help athletes reach their highest athletic potential. Please see the flyer for more information and to register for a free week of training.

A Huge Round of Applause for Our Band! Please congratulate our 6th, 7th, and 8th-grade band students on an absolutely incredible concert last night! You blew us away with your talent, hard work, and dedication. From the 6th grade's fantastic opening to the 7th and 8th grades' grand finale, you showed everyone what true rockstars look like. We are so incredibly proud of our musicians. Way to rock the stage! 

We are down to 470 missing books! Please keep searching for any checked out library books and return them as soon as possible to the LMC. Fees for missing books will be assessed in early June.

7^th graders signed up for the Washington DC Trip, roommate selection will happen during lunch/recess TODAY!  REPORT TO THE AUDITORIUM IMMEDIATELY.

HOSA members please return all study and competition materials to Mrs Poetzel before the end of the year.  This includes books, flashcards, scrubs and any other materials you have used.  Thanks for a great year.
